License Agreement

1. Overview

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Wojo Framework and all scripts, plugins, and applications built upon it ("Software"), developed and owned by wojoscripts.com ("Author"). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Software, you ("Licensee") agree to the terms of this Agreement.

The Wojo Framework is a proprietary, custom-built framework exclusively developed by the Author. It is not an open-source project and is not affiliated with any third-party framework or library.

2. License Types

The Software is distributed under two licensing models depending on how it was obtained:

• CodeCanyon / Envato Market:

  Items purchased through Envato Market are subject to the Envato Regular License or Extended License, as applicable, in addition to the terms of this Agreement.
• Direct Client Projects:

  Scripts or applications delivered directly to a client are licensed under a single-use, non-transferable license for that client's specific project only.

3. Permitted Uses

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you are permitted to:

• Install and use the Software on a single website or project as permitted by your license type.
• Modify the Software's configuration, templates, and front-end assets to fit the needs of your project.
• Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes within the scope of your license type.

4. Restrictions

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software or any portion of it to a third party.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, author credits, or proprietary markings within the Software.
• Use the Software to create a competing framework, product, or service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any compiled or obfuscated portion of the Software.
• Make the Software publicly available, including via public repositories such as GitHub, npm, or any similar platform.
• Use a single license for multiple websites, domains, or projects without getting additional licenses.

5. CodeCanyon Items (Envato Market)

Scripts sold through CodeCanyon are additionally governed by the Envato Regular License unless an Extended License has been purchased:

• Regular License:

  The item may be used in a single end product. That end product may be used by you or one client. The end product cannot be sold or distributed
• Extended License:

  The item may be used in a single end product sold to end users. Each sale requires a separate Extended License

6. Direct Client Projects

When the Software is delivered as part of a custom project contracted directly with the Author, the following terms apply:

• The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered application for their own business purposes.
• Ownership of the underlying Wojo Framework remains exclusive with the Author.
• The client may not extract, reuse, or repurpose framework code outside the delivered application.
• Any custom modules developed exclusively for the client remain the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Wojo Framework — including all source code, design patterns, and architecture — remain the exclusive property of the Author. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the Licensee. The Author reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Author does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
